I am a tattoo artist working out of Clover Tattoo Parlour, 1/438 Smith Street, Collingwood, VIC, Australia. While primarily based in Melbourne, I do travel around Australia and Aotearoa, namely Sydney, Auckland, Whangarei, Wellington & Dunedin. I work from my own hand drawn flash designs, or I can design you a custom tattoo, ranging from small pieces to large, full-coverage type tattooing. All flash designs are repeatable, but custom work is made to be a one off for a specific person. Please see my available designs page here.

I take inspiration mostly from old tattoo designs of various bygone eras. I love the experience of designing custom tattoos for individuals who have a strong sense of self and desire for personal expression.

I do not send out custom designs prior to appointments.

Consultations are free and take around 15 - 30 minutes, depending on the job. Consultations need to be booked in, as they are often worked in around other clients during work days.

I do not send out designs prior to the day of your tattoo appointment as a general practice, so a consultation is a great opportunity to have a conversation about your tattoo, ask any questions you might have, or just meet me as your tattoo artist to make sure you are comfortable at the beginning of the process.

I will sometimes request a consultation with you for things such as large scale custom work, cover ups, or pieces with particular personal significance to you, to ensure an effective design and tattoo.

A non-refundable deposit of $100 AUD is required to confirm your appointment, or a $200 deposit for a full day. Deposits for ongoing large scale work will be worked out during consultation.

Rescheduling is accepted with 48 hours notice. If you have not paid a deposit, there is no appointment, unless you are a regular client and we have discussed another arrangement.

Please arrive at the time scheduled for your appointment. If you are running behind it’s normally not an issue, if you just send me a message and let me know. If there is a big delay, we may no longer have enough time in that day, and a reschedule may be required. You do not need to arrive earlier than your appointment time, this is much appreciated.

Make sure you are well fed and hydrated, on the day of and in the lead up to your tattoo. It’s very normal to be a bit nervous before your tattoo. We have candy, soft drinks, and water available at the studio. Your body needs hydration and sustenance for best handling the tattoo process. Do not wear fake tan. You must be sober.

I would recommend taking public transport to your appointment as the easiest option - we are along the 86 tram line. If driving, there is paid parking available in the area, however full day parking is not readily available.

I normally charge per flash piece, please email or fill out a tattoo form if you have any specific queries. As a general guide:

- The shop minimum is $150AUD.

- A ‘palm sized’ tattoo is around $350AUD.

- My fee works out to be about $200AUD per hour.

- If you have a full day appointment (6+ hours), the day rate is $1200AUD.

Please let me know at the beginning of the process if you have a budget you would like to stick to - I am so happy to work to budgets if it makes tattoos accessible to you, and am happy to let you know what a realistic expectation is for your budget. Please be aware that last minute, major changes to designs, or changes to placement can affect the amount of time the tattoo takes, and therefore the cost.

The studio is cash preferred, please bring cash on the day. There is Eftpos, but a 5% service fee will be incurred.

On the day of your appointment you will be provided with an aftercare sheet with information on best practice tattoo healing. I will also likely provide you with additional information tailored to you and your tattoo specifically.
